Avahan works with groups most vulnerable to HIV, including 300,000 sex workers, men who have sex with men, and injecting drug users in the six Indian states with the highest HIV prevalence rates. Global Health TV reports from Mysore in Southern India, where sex workers are uniting for collective action to decrease their vulnerability to HIV and promote safe sexual practices.-
