24th Annual International AIDS Candlelight Memorial

Honoring those affected by HIV/AIDS

Every third Sunday in May, communities around the world gather to light candles honoring those affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic. The annual International AIDS Candlelight Memorial, a program of the Global Health Council, is one of the oldest and largest campaigns for AIDS awareness in the world. Global Health TV was at the Opening Ceremony to the 24th Annual Candlelight Memorial, which took place at the Zambian embassy in Washington, DC on May 17th.
