Is the UK's overseas HIV/AIDS strategy working?

In its latest report on HIV/AIDS, published on World AIDS Day, the International Development Select Committee has expressed concern that DFID's £6 billion / $10 billion HIV/AIDS Strategy may not be effective in providing prevention and care services in the community or in tackling the interaction between HIV/AIDS and other diseases, such as TB and malaria. The Chairman of the Committee, Rt Hon Malcolm Bruce MP, speaks to Global Health TV.
