Overcoming Global Oppression Against Women

New Book, "Half The Sky" Puts Spotlight on Women's Oppression

Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Sheryl WuDunn explains the premise of the new book she co-authored with her husband, New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof. WuDunn says the book, titled Half the Sky: Turning Oppression Into Opportunity for Women Worldwide, can be used as a do-it-yourself toolkit to encourage people to take action against oppression.
