Helping America reduce the global burden of tuberculosis

The Global Health Council sponsored a Capitol Hill briefing about how the U.S. can help reduce the global burden of tuberculosis. The Johns Hopkins University's Dr. Richard Chaisson, the World Health Organization's Diana Weil, Eli Lilly's Dr. Gail Cassell and the Global Health Council's Smita Baruah discussed what the U.S. government and its corporate partners need to consider while implementing a 5 year strategy to stop tuberculosis.
