UK sees rise in HIV infection bucking world trend

It's the only country in Western Europe where rates have increased

Its twenty years since the UK had its last major HIV public health campaign. Year on year the UK has seen rates of new HIV infection increase. Global Health speaks to Genevieve Clark form the leading HIV charity The Terence Higgins Trust and asks why rates for new infection in the UK are getting higher when elsewhere in the world figures are starting to fall.
