Plenary Sessions
The Canadian Conference on Global Health kicked off on the 31st October in Ottawa. The keynote speaker James Orbinski from the University of Toronto and former International President of Medecins Sans Frontieres told delegates health was a universal right. Nicholas White, this year's recipient of the Canada Gairdner Global Health Award, spoke of malaria control and elimination.
