PACT - Community Reach Program
Pact is committed to a model of capacity-building that will be sustainable in the future. Global Health TV visits India to see an example of this capacity-building which focuses on strengthening the HIV/AIDS skills of local institutions and individuals. The model also allows local partners to play an increasingly expanded role.
