Center for Global Health and Infectious Disease
University of Notre Dame
The University of Notre Dame's Center for Global Health and Infectious Diseases brings together a diverse group of faculty, staff, and students from across the University to form interactions that look at global health from several different aspects - research, environment, and society. Their research and teaching is focused on human pathogens and invertebrate vectors, and the diseases caused by these organisms. Members of the center are concerned in particular with the impact of infectious diseases in less developed parts of the world.
