The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) has pledged an additional $50 million towards vaccine provision. Alex Palacios from the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (GAVI) tells Global Health TV how the money will help the organization, which faces a $4.3 billion funding gap, provide vaccines to some of the poorest nations in the world.
