World AIDS Day lecture given by pioneering Indian judge
The judge who overturned an Indian law prohibiting same-sex acts has given the 2010 World AIDS Day lecture in London. In the lecture, hosted by the Commonwealth Foundation and the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, Justice Ajit Prakash Shah explained why it was important to repeal the law in order to ensure people in India have access to vital health services.
