Duty and Efficacy in Global Health
Ten years after the Commission on Macroeconomics and Health, Jeffrey Sachs addressed global health economists at Chatham House, London to begin a series of talks on the work done in this time. Professor Sachs, who played a key role in establishing goals and breaking barriers in global health provision, discusses the difficulties at that time and the intervening ten years.
