As progress toward meeting the Millennium Development Goals comes under scrutiny the documentary shows how people are coming together in challenging circumstances to tackle the health problems plaguing their communities. Narrated by renowned primatologist and conservationist Jane Goodall, the documentary looks at how the Global Fund is enabling cooperation and collaboration to fight disease and improve the quality of life for millions of people in the developing world.
