International Relief and Development
International Relief and Development's Women First project in Mozambique is a unique program facilitating women in Zambezia province to set-up their own businesses as small scale traders and deliver health messages to their communities. In a country devastated by an HIV/Aids epidemic, this scheme is empowering vulnerable women who are often socially and economically excluded.
