World Pneumonia Day

Dr. Ciro De Quadros

Child health leaders are calling on the global health community to unite against pneumonia, the world's top child killer. Dr Ciro de Quadros, Executive Vice President of the Sabin Vaccine Institute and Co-chair of PACE tells Global Health TV that pneumonia is the world's most neglected disease, killing more than 2 million children annually. Many of these deaths are easily preventable.
